LPGA Teacher Karen Kershaw shares her instruction schedule - all are welcome!

Hello, Golfers.  We are starting to hit the busy parts of our golf season with a number of fun tournaments coming up both for the men and ladies.  If you need a little tune-up for your game, here's the clinic schedule for the next two weeks.

Wednesday, June 5, 11AM-Noon: Chipping

Learn how to hit the low running shot from anywhere around the green...it's easy to control and will give you a good chance for a short putt to save your par.

Saturday, June 8, 9-10AM: Sand

Having trouble getting out of the sand?  Learn some easy-to-remember techniques that will get you on the green so that you'll no longer dread being "on the beach."

Wednesday, June 12, 11AM-Noon: Pitching

This is the high shot you need to clear the bunker or land on an elevated green...and stop close to the flag.

Saturday, June 15, 9-10AM: Full Swing Tune-Up

We'll look at your swing and see if there's a couple of key things that you may have forgotten, or a new flaw that has crept in.  You'll get some good reminders on how to improve your contact and consistency and maybe even get a little more distance.

Each one-hour clinic session is $25/person, and limited to a max of 5 in the class.  You can also buy a "Class Pass" again this year that gives you 5 clinics for the price of 4, good for the entire 2024 season. These clinics are open to men and women, and you don't need to be an Eagle Bend member to participate.  It's also a great way for new members to meet other golfers in the club. To sign up, just call/text or e-mail.  Private and semi-private lessons are also available if that's your preference, and small custom group sessions can always be put together to fit your schedule...both on the course or at the practice facility.

If you feel like you could use an on-course assessment of your strengths and weaknesses, and a strategic plan for improvement, let's schedule a one- or two-hour session on the course to determine the current state of your game and then put together a plan that you can implement to shave some strokes off your score.  It will be fun, and you'll learn lots of ways to increase your enjoyment on the course.  Just give me a call, and we'll set up a time at your convenience.

Let's make this a great golf season.  Looking forward to hearing from you and seeing all of our golfers returning for the season!
